The Longfellow Lens is a quarterly newsletter curated specifically for the brokerage community, serving as a key resource for insights into life science real estate, major projects, and industry trends—all viewed through Longfellow’s global perspective.
I developed the digital version of the newsletter to be seamlessly integrated into the company’s website. Additionally, I art directed a digital designer to create an animated version of Longfellow’s existing logo, crafting The Lens as a distinctive sub-brand.

During Covid-19, the Urban Property Team wanted to create a weekly newsletter to update their clients with helpful articles and updates to help ease concerns in uncertain times. The microsite was reached via a 'care package' eblast and the design maintained a consistent look with other deliverables.

Urban Property Team, known as UPT, represents retail concepts throughout San Diego. The team's focus is to differentiate themselves from standard Commercial Real Estate firms and emphasize their urban and coastal neighborhood territory. I developed a stark look and built out a website using animations and interactions to make it easy for the user to understand what they do. The team's personalities are translated through individual gif's that move when hovered over.
