As the only designer on the Colliers' Center of Excellence Team, I worked with Marketers and Researchers who provided content for a booklet to be used by Managing Directors for the recruitment of new brokers- a one stop shop that presents all the services Colliers offers.

With a formal business plan written in Microsoft Word, I took all the content and developed a visual proposal that sorted the information into sections and added icons and streamlined the colors of the charts to match the proposed branding.

Worked on several ad campaigns for this landscape architecture distributor, that offers unique fixtures for forward-thinking projects.
Also designed collateral for tradeshows- cards to give away- each card features an image from the latest product line, as well as idMetalco's logo and contact info serving as product knowledge tools as well as a different option for a personalized greeting.​

i designed a deck introducing Longfellow's newest property in San Diego to be used on tours to help provide the visual of what the campus will be since the tour only consists of a large piece of land and old buildings. The deck was simple, with renderings of the property and a storyline weaved throughout that ties in the inspiration of the architecture and surrounding landscape.
